Angie lives in Racine and studied veterinary science at Dakota County Technical College in Minnesota, also earning vocational certifications in feline and canine care from PennFoster. 

A lifelong cat lover, her passion for animal care was shaped by her 22-year bond with her childhood cat, Soda. Today, she shares her home with Ghost, her 9‑year‑old samoyed, and two cats—Lilith and Crowley, a rescued orange kitten who quickly became part of the family. 

She and her spouse are celebrating their 10‑year anniversary and enjoy raising their curious daughter. 

Outside of work, she loves cooking, baking, food preservation, and painting pet portraits—including designing the logo for her college’s veterinary program. 

Fun fact: She also holds a letter of recommendation from her time volunteering at a cheetah conservation center in South Africa, an experience she hopes to someday share with her daughter.
