Dr. Jessica Nuzzarello
Dr. Nuzzarello grew up in Illinois, just outside of Chicago, in a fun-loving family. Growing up, her family pets were part of the family, which showed her the importance of the human-animal bond. In 2015, she graduated from University of Missouri with a Bachelor's in Science in Animal Sciences and accomplished her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree from University of Illinois Urbana in 2019. In addition to working at various clinics from South Dakota, Indiana and Illionois, she has also spent time at the Eco Life Expeditions, Fisheries and Wildlife in South Africa. Starting her career in veterinary medicine in Lehi, Utah, she enjoyed spending three years there before relocating back to the area.
Her family still lives in the Illinois area, and she visits often, but Wisconsin is her new home. Her passion has always been working with patients and their families. Although her professional interests are predominately in preventative medicine and surgery, she also has a special place in her heart behavior, oncology as well as quality of life assessments and end of life care. Outside of the office, Dr. Nuzzarello travels as often as possible and loves experiencing new things. In her free time, she loves to hike and she's always taking on new projects. She often includes her two dogs, a beloved mini-Aussie named Jerry and boxer mix named Rascal, on outings around town.
