Jenny grew up in Lake Villa, IL, where she still lives today. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Visual Design with a marketing minor in sociology from Western Illinois University. Her lifelong love of animals—sparked by childhood trips to zoos, visits with the pet‑store cat, and feeding ducks on the lake—naturally led her to veterinary client service, where her people‑focused background and passion for animals are the perfect fit. 

At home, she enjoys the company of her sassy grey‑and‑white cat, Walter, and her matching miniature lionhead rabbit, Albert Einstein.

 Outside of work, she loves fishing, boating, metal detecting, camping, reading, cooking, antiquing, painting, and traveling to Florida.
